We are very excited to welcome all golfers to Glen Eagle. To ensure everyone’s safety, please read our protocols. Failure to adhere to these protocols may result in you not being permitted to play golf and you may be asked to leave the property.
Booking a tee time
All players are requested to book their tee times on line.
GE has increased tee time intervals to help with social distancing.
Bookings will be permitted in twosome and foursome only. Twosomes may be paired up.
Single golfers are not permitted to book.
As per the booking confirmation email, the person booking the tee time will be required to pay for the full amount of the booking.
Golfer who have golf passes must call the Pro Shop to book and supply pass numbers.
All passes must be valid for play at the booked tee time and will be subject to a $10 fee (plus Hst) due to the government requirements limiting one power cart per person.
At Glen Eagle
There are no garbage containers on the course (please bring a small bag with you for your personal garbage and that you take it home with you after your round.)
Our driving range, putting green & chipping areas are closed.
The clubhouse, bar, kitchen & patio areas are closed except for access to washrooms.
Pull carts will be available and sanitized between each use.
Power carts must be returned to the designated and will be sanitized between use.
No outside alcohol is permitted at GE.
Day of play
Arrive at Glen Eagle no more than 20 minutes prior to your tee time. You may be refused entry to the property for anyone arriving more than 20 in advance of their tee time.
If you are early remain in your car in the parking lot.
Please proceed to the Bag Drop Area, leave your clubs and drive to the parking lot and park your vehicle. There is no shuttle service available.
Please walk up the hill, collect your golf clubs and proceed to the Pro Shop.
Enter the Pro Shop from the North patio-side door.
Only 3 people will be allowed in the Pro Shop at a time to keep appropriate social distance.
Only limited golf merchandise (balls, hats, tees, gloves) will be available.
Transactions using tap are required.
A selection of snacks, sandwiches & beverages will be available in the Pro Shop.
Washrooms will be available in the clubhouse.
Please do not take power carts to the parking lot to pick up other players. This violates government guidelines of one person per cart.
On the Golf Course
You must maintain social distancing on the course at all time.
Cup inserts are in place to make retrieving the ball easy. Please extend the “gimmie” range.
Please do not touch or remove the flag from the hole.
There are no trap rakes, ball washers or benches on the course.
The on course washrooms are closed.
There are no garbage containers on the course. Please take all your garbage home with you.
All power carts must be returned to the designated area. Failure to do so will result in a $25 service charge and/or the suspension of future play at Glen Eagle.
Please leave GE immediately after your round.
